This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped with my early check-in on my first stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The manager showed genuine concern after addressing my previous review, promising to use the incident to improve staff training. Unfortunately, during my family's weekend stay, we found blood stains on the bedding and significant dog hair on the sleeper sofa, which triggered my wife’s allergies. On a positive note, the beef dishes during breakfast were quite enjoyable, offering a nice start to the day.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay with our large family, especially the spacious king studio that was clean and well-equipped. The complimentary full breakfast was a hit with the kids, and we appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. Plus, the nearby Collindale Golf Course was perfect for afternoon fun.
My wife says that a pool would have been great for the kids.

The Residence Inn provided a spacious and well-appointed one-bedroom king suite that was perfect for my work needs. The check-in was smooth and the staff was exceptionally accommodating, assisting me with all inquiries. The daily hot breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options including scrambled eggs and sausages, which were well-prepared and appreciated. The location was also central, providing easy access to local restaurants and shops, enhancing my overall experience.
The internet speed was surprisingly slow, which affected my ability to conduct business.

The spacious one-bedroom king suite felt like a cozy retreat, decorated in soft hues and with comfortable furnishings, making it easy for me to relax after a long day of exploring. The layout is senior-friendly too!
More accessible parking would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on 23 Aprspacious suitesgreat breakfastslow internet
Spacious suites with well-equipped kitchens make it a solid choice for longer stays. The breakfast offerings outshine many competitors, providing a nice spread of healthy options, including fresh fruits and hearty hot items.
The one washing machine available for the entire complex is a logistical nightmare, especially when it’s a trek to get to. The internet speed here mimics that of dial-up, making it frustrating for anyone needing to work. The lingering odor in the hallways is off-putting, and while the rooms are generally clean, the corners and less visible areas could use a thorough deep clean to really freshen them up.

Family with kids best for fun activities
The staff was absolutely amazing Linda helped us out big time getting us an early check-in because there was a snowstorm rolling in and really made it feel like home while we were away from ours and the pool was a hit with my son he can't stop chattering about how fun it was to swim and how nice the heated pool was I mean this kid was swimming like a fish in there and thanks to Linda for extending those hours so we could enjoy it a little longer
